• lp_cart - Type: localStorage item. Category: functional. Purpose: saves the kitchen goods you have added to your shopping cart so they are still there when you return. Contents: product identifiers, selected options, and quantities. Duration: remains on your device until you complete checkout, empty your cart, or clear your browser's site data.
• lp_consent - Type: localStorage item. Category: strictly necessary. Purpose: remembers the choice you made in our cookie notice so we do not ask you again on every visit. Contents: your consent preference and the date it was recorded. Duration: remains on your device until you clear your browser's site data or change your preference.

3. Why These Items Are Needed

The session cookie is essential. Without it, you could not sign in, access member-only recipes, manage your membership from the Account page, or check out securely. The consent preference is needed to honor and remember your choice. The cart item provides a feature you request when you add products to your cart.

4. What We Do Not Use

Limepie Recipe does not use:

• Advertising or retargeting cookies.
• Cross-site tracking pixels, web beacons, or device fingerprinting.
• Third-party analytics trackers that follow you across websites.
• Embedded third-party widgets that set their own tracking cookies.

Our payment processor may use its own cookies or similar technologies on its checkout or payment forms, strictly to process payments securely and prevent fraud. Those are governed by the payment processor's own policies.

• If you block or delete the limepie_sess cookie, you will be signed out and will not be able to sign in, use member features, or complete checkout.
• If you clear lp_cart, any items in your shopping cart will be removed.

Because cart and consent data are stored in your browser, they apply only to the browser and device where they were saved.
