1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using Limepie Recipe, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, our Recipe and Nutrition Disclaimer, and our Refund and Return Policy, each of which is part of this agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify members in advance. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to create an account, purchase a membership, or buy from the store.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at info@limepierecipe.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Membership Plans and Billing

Limepie Recipe offers paid memberships that unlock member-only recipes and features. Two plans are available:

• Monthly plan: 8.99 USD, billed once every month.
• Annual plan: 79.99 USD, billed once every year.

Prices do not include any applicable sales tax, which will be shown at checkout where required. You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for the membership fee and any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend member access, or cancel the membership until payment is resolved.

We may change membership prices. Any price change will apply only at your next renewal after we give you advance notice, so you have an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Your membership renews automatically. Unless you cancel, a monthly membership renews at the end of each month and an annual membership renews at the end of each year, and you will be charged the then-current price for your plan using the payment method on file.

You can cancel at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your member access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it ends at that time. Cancelling does not by itself produce a refund for the current period. Where required by law, we will send reminders before an annual renewal and will provide any other notices or cancellation methods that apply in your state.

5. Store Orders, Pricing, and Shipping

Our store sells physical kitchen goods, including tools, equipment, and pantry items. By placing an order, you are making an offer to buy the listed products at the stated price. We may accept or decline orders, limit quantities, or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if a pricing or description error occurred, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the charge in full.

• We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but colors, dimensions, and packaging may vary slightly.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice before you place an order.
• We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO or FPO addresses, or international destinations.
• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order to the shipping address you provided.

Returns and refunds for store purchases are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Limepie Recipe only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, republish, sell, or redistribute recipes, photographs, or other site content, including member-only content, without our written permission.
• Share your account credentials or give others access to member-only content.
• Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or introduce malicious code.
• Use the site to commit fraud, including placing orders with payment methods you are not authorized to use.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any other person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Limepie Recipe, including recipes, written instructions, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and the design of the site, is owned by or licensed to LIMER LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the content and to print or save individual recipes for your own household cooking. All other rights are reserved. Limepie Recipe and related names and logos are trademarks of LIMER LLC and may not be used without our permission.

8. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about Limepie Recipe, you agree that we may use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information or material you do not want us to use.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Recipes and related information are provided for general informational purposes only, as described in our Recipe and Nutrition Disclaimer. The site, its content, and memberships are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Products sold in our store may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, and nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIMER LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, its recipes, or its products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred US dollars.

Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification and Termination

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LIMER LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the site if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. If we terminate a paid membership without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period. If we terminate for a violation of these Terms, no refund will be owed. You may stop using the site and close your account at any time.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@limepierecipe.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you and LIMER LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. General Terms and Contact

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and LIMER LLC regarding Limepie Recipe.
