Four-Sided Box Grater

Photo-etched stainless blades cut rather than tear, so cheese shreds cleanly and carrots do not turn to mush. The coarse side handles potatoes for hash browns, the medium side suits hard cheeses, a fine rasp side zests citrus and grates nutmeg, and the slicing blade makes thin cucumber and radish rounds for salads.

A soft grip handle and a nonslip rubber base keep the grater still while you work. A detachable container catches grated food and has measurement markings on the side. To clean, rinse from the inside out, or run it through the dishwasher. Grate cold cheese for tidier shreds.
