Heritage Fluted Tube Pan

The crisp ridges on this ring-shaped pan are cast rather than stamped, so they stay defined and give your cake clean lines that hold a glaze. Thick cast aluminum heats evenly around the center tube, which means the middle of a dense pound cake bakes through before the outer crust gets too dark.

Release is everything with a fluted pan. Brush every crevice with soft butter or baking spray, dust with flour or cocoa, and let the baked cake rest ten minutes before inverting. Soak the pan in warm water if crumbs cling, then clean the grooves with a soft brush. It is not dishwasher safe.
