Stackable Wire Cooling Rack

A tight crosshatch grid supports small cookies without letting them sag through the gaps, and the stainless steel is sturdy enough to go into a hot oven. Each rack has short folding legs that lift it about an inch off the counter for good airflow underneath, or you can stack them on top of each other to cool several batches at once.

Each rack also fits inside a half-sheet pan for roasting meat, drying glazed doughnuts, or baking bacon evenly. Flip the legs flat for storage. Soak in hot soapy water to loosen stuck sugar, then scrub with a brush. Both racks are dishwasher safe.
