A wire clamp presses each glass lid against a thick rubber gasket for an airtight seal that keeps pantry moths out and brown sugar soft. The wide mouths make scooping flour easy, and seeing what you have at a glance helps prevent buying a third bag of lentils. The set includes one each of a 1-liter, 1.5-liter, and 2-liter jar.
Remove the gaskets and wash everything in the dishwasher, then dry fully before refilling so dry goods do not clump. Replacement gaskets are available. Label the glass with a wax pencil or chalk marker, which wipes off when you change what is inside.
