Reactive glazes shift in the kiln as minerals move and settle, creating soft variations in depth and texture along the rim. That means your set of four plates will match without being identical. The plates are 10.75 inches across with a slightly raised edge that keeps sauces from running off, and the stoneware is chip resistant for everyday use.

The interior finish is smooth enough that knives glide rather than scrape. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Since glaze variations are part of the design, small pinholes or thicker spots near the rim are natural. Stack with a paper towel between plates if storing them in a tight cabinet.
