This boat-shaped Georgian cheese bread cradles a molten mix of mozzarella and salty feta inside a golden, twisted crust. Straight from the oven, a raw egg yolk and a pat of butter go into the center, to be stirred into the bubbling cheese and scooped up with torn pieces of the rim.
